MEMORY VERSE: LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy hill? Psalms 15:1

BIBLE TEXT: PSALMS 15

LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour.

In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.

Do you want to dwell in the Holy hill of the LORD?
Please accept Jesus Christ today as your personal Lord and Saviour.

TOPIC: THERE SHALL NO STRANGE god BE IN THEE

MEMORY VERSE: There shall no strange god be in thee; neither shalt thou worship any strange god. I am the LORD thy God , which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.
Psalms 81:9-10

BIBLE TEXT: PSALMS 81

Our God is a jealous God. He does not want to share his glory with anybody.
He wants us to worship him alone with all our hearts, mind, body, soul and spirit.

Exodus 20:3 & 5 says,
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God”.

Do you fear the LORD? Or have you made yourself a strange mini god before men.
Revelations 22:18-19 says,
“For I testify unto every man. That heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book.
And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book “.

God chose us with all his heart and made his only begotten Son: Jesus Christ to die for us so that we can be saved and have eternal life.
John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.

When we reciprocate the love of God towards us : Worship him only: Obey all his commands, He gives us all our heart desires.
Psalms 147:11 says, “The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy”.
John 15:16 says, “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name. He may give it you”.

If you want God to give you all that you ask him, you must beware of strange gods; neither shalt thou worship any strange god.

Let’s pray:

TOPIC: FEAR THE NAME OF THE LORD

MEMORY VERSE: So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. Isaiah 59:19 

BIBLE TEXT:  PROVERBS 18:10

Proverbs 18:10 says, “The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe”.

There is power in the name of the LORD. 

Philippians 2:9-10 says, “Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth”.

When we fear the name of the Lord, we are safe in his name: The Strong Tower

Psalms 91:14 says, “Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name”.

The name of the LORD brings victory to all our battles. 

When we fear the name of the LORD, God will reverence us and honour us whenever we call upon him. 

Psalms 50:15 says, “And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me”.

Do you fear the LORD?

Do you fear the name of the LORD?

Proverbs 9:10 says, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding”.

When we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour, the fear of the LORD rests upon us to give us wisdom and knowledge of our Holy God.

Please accept Jesus Christ today and let the fear of the LORD give you everlasting life.

TOPIC: GLORIFY GOD

MEMORY VERSE: That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 15:6

BIBLE TEXT: PSALMS 133:1-3

We are to glorify God always; especially with our fellow brethren.

Psalms 133:1 & 3b says, “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. For there the LORD commanded the blessing, even life forever”.

Psalms 100:1-5 says, “Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves, we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving and into his court with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations”.

Do you belong to the family of God?

When we accept Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour, we obtain access to the family of God. we obtain access to glorify God with a larger group of people aside from ourselves.

Please accept Jesus Christ today and join other believers in glorifying the LORD.

TOPIC: FEAR THE LORD

MEMORY VERSE: Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.

1 Samuel 12:24

BIBLE TEXT:  1 Samuel 12:18-24

We are commanded to fear the Lord. 

Ecclesiastes 12:13 says, “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man”.

When we obey and fear the Lord, We detest evil vehemently. 
Proverbs 8:13 says, “The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

When we obey and fear the Lord, We receive wisdom: knowledge: understanding: and longlife.

Proverbs 9:10 says, “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy one is understanding.  For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased”.

When we obey and fear the Lord, Our days are prolonged on earth.

Proverbs 10:27 says, The fear of the LORD prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened”.

When we obey and fear the Lord, God instructs us. 

Proverbs 15:33 says, “The fear of the LORD is the instruction of wisdom; and before honour is humility”.

When we obey and fear the Lord, We receive everlasting life.

John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”.

Please accept Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Saviour, and let all the blessing of fearing Him begin to manifest in your life.
