BIBLE TEXT: EZEKIEL 37:23-28
Memory Verse: Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will he their God. Ezekiel 37:23
1 Peter 1:15-16 says, “But as he which hath called you his holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation. Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy”.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “What, know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s”.
The Almighty God wants us to keep ourselves pure and holy always. He owns our body, lives in our body, and wants us to appear before him in holiness.
Romans 12:1 says, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Dearly beloved,please do not defile yourselves.
Let’s pray: I confess to God that I am a sinner, and believing that the Lord Jesus Christ died for my sins on the cross and was raised for my justification.
I invite Jesus Christ to come into my life and become a part of it. I want to have a new life, eternal life from today on.
I now receive and confess him as my personal lord and saviour. In the name of Jesus, Amen!”.
