Can we say that the love of God is conditional?

No. The Love of God is not conditional.
It is written “For God so loved the world”. This means that God loves everybody.
He makes the sun rise on the evil and on the good. Luke 5:45
God loves you even if you are yet to acknowledge him as your personal Lord and Saviour. He is waiting patiently for you to believe in Him. To turn from your sinful ways and come to him.
When we accept Gods love,
We have everlasting life
We do not carry the burdens of our sins
The blood of Jesus washes away all our sins
We become children of God.
God loves you unconditionally. He wants you to accept his undying love and make him your heavenly father.
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear him. Psalms 103:13
